Register a group

Bringing students from your church? Upload one spreadsheet instead of filling the form for each student. Groups of 5 or more pay $30 per student instead of $40.

Step 1 · Download the template

Fill one row per student. Column names must stay exactly as they are — extra columns are ignored.

  • Birthdate — MM-DD-YYYY. MM/DD/YYYY and two-digit years like 05/14/10 also work.
  • Phone columns — any common format: (213) 555-0198, 213-555-0198, or 2135550198.
  • studentEmail, medical and photoConsent may be left blank. Everything else is required.
  • 5 students minimum. Files with fewer are not accepted — register those students individually instead.

You are the group contact and will pay for the whole group.

Payment is processed by PayPal. Your card details never touch our servers.
